Founded by comedian and producer, Colin Manford, with over 19 years experience, Plane Comedy creates high-quality comedy experiences for a wide range of spaces, from local venues and theatres to festivals, workplaces and community settings.

We had the pleasure of the Plane Comedy team supporting our charity comedy lunch. Colin as MC was brilliant and really understood how to read the room .We had the fantastic Alex Boardman, Barbara Nice the totally hilarious Stephen Bailey. As a new bar that focuses on community spirit we wanted to bring comedy to our bar and that’s when we discovered Plane Comedy. I already knew them from the podcast they do and when I found out they also host live events I asked the question and so glad I did. As a team, Plane Comedy walked us through step by step on how the comedy night would go and they even helped us work out what our budget would be. They showed up on the night and transformed our lovely little bar into a comedy club, they show managed it to perfection and brought with them some of the best comedians we’ve even seen, comedians you would see at the comedy store. The sound of laughter in the bar on the comedy nights is beautiful and so infectious and we can’t wait for more nights. If you are a venue and want a comedy night then definitely use Plane Comedy

Plane Comedy – Colin and his travelling team have provided us with some of the best nights in Whitby. The objective was to create a new fashionable bar and event space with top class entertainments. Plane Comedy understood the brief perfectly bring cutting edge comedy to our new demographic of clients. Our venue has moved from a sad old building to a vibrant exciting venue – we are talk of the town and Plane Comedy had a big part to play in this.
